By analyzing carbon emissions and health spending, I reveal a stark imbalance: countries with the lowest emissions often lack the robust health infrastructure needed to confront public health crises driven by environmental change, leaving the most vulnerable populations least prepared to face the consequences.

In this dashboard, I provide a comprehensive view of the key performance indicators related to employee attrition within a simulated organization. I include metrics on demographic factors such as gender, age, and race, as well as position-specific attrition rates and salary distribution, enabling Human Resources to analyze retention trends, identify critical factors contributing to turnover, and make data-driven decisions to improve employee retention.
